Hi there! I am Megan Searfoss, the proud owner of Civic Charm, LLC. My background is in business and logistics, with over a decade of experience managing large-scale projects and events. I have had the privilege of planning everything from resident events for luxury apartment complexes, to team building events, to weddings, to festivals. In 2024, I decided to combine my passion for planning big events with my love for bringing joy to people, and that's how Civic Charm was born.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working on a variety of events—everything from nonprofit fundraisers to municipal festivals, and more. I've seen firsthand how the right event can bring people together, build relationships, and strengthen communities. Now, I'm focused on creating those opportunities for smaller municipalities, local businesses, and organizations.
I truly believe that strong communities are built on connections, and I'm excited to bring my expertise to help you create memorable events that will leave a lasting impact.
